One-Time Account Activation Fees and Usage Policy

• Amount: $50 (USD)

• Purpose: Grants permanent access to all platform services.

• Activation: Instant upon payment.

• KYC Requirement: None.

• Refund Policy: Non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Restrictions: This fee cannot be used to issue virtual cards.

• Usage: Supports fraud prevention and secure system operations.

Wallet Deposit & Balance Policy

Once activated, you may deposit funds into your wallet to issue virtual cards or withdraw them later.

• Minimum Deposit: $100 (USD)

• Maximum Deposit: No limit

• Deposit Fee: 5% per transaction

  • Example: Deposit $100 → $95 credited to your wallet.

• Funding Methods: Crypto and other supported payment options.

Virtual Card Issuance Policy

• Cards can be created instantly from your wallet balance, 24/7.

• Activation Fee: Does not count toward card creation.

• Available Brands: Visa, MasterCard, and other supported providers.

• Card Issuance Fee: 5% per card

  • Example: Issue a $100 card → $95 will be available after fee.

• Process: Fully automated and instant delivery.

Wallet Withdrawal Policy

You may withdraw available wallet funds at any time with our easy Fees and Usage Policy.

• Withdrawal Fee: 5% per withdrawal

  • Example: Withdraw $100 → $95 received.

• Minimum Withdrawal: None.

• Methods: Original payment method or other supported withdrawal options.

Refund & Reversal Policy

Our refund process is designed to prevent abuse and maintain platform integrity.

• Activation Fee: Non-refundable.

• Issued Cards: Non-refundable once created.

• Excessive Refund Penalty: If more than 20% of your transactions are refunded after 5 successful uses:

  • Fee: $0.50 per refund OR 2% of the total refunded amount (whichever is higher).

Additional Service Fees

Crypto Deposit Policy

• Extra Fee: No CardUpNow fee for crypto deposits.

• Blockchain/Exchange Charges: May apply from third parties.

• Handling Fee for Small Deposits: For deposits under $100 USDT, an additional $1 USDT fee applies.

• Recommendation: Deposit at least $100 USDT to avoid the extra fee.
