Prepaid Virtual Card Fees for Deposit and Balance Policy

Once your account is active, you can fund your wallet anytime and use the balance to create virtual cards or withdraw funds.

Minimum deposit: $100 (First time)
No maximum deposit limit
Deposit fee: 5% per transaction
- Example: If your first deposit is $100, and $95 will be credited to your wallet and $50 will be taken as a one time activation fee, the rest $45 is all yours.

Crypto Deposit Policy

You can use cryptocurrency to buy virtual cards and fund your wallet, with full transparency, even when calculating the relevant Prepaid Virtual Card Fees.

CardUpNow does not charge any extra fee for crypto deposits
However, blockchain networks or crypto exchanges may apply a transaction fee
Your wallet will be credited with the net amount after these external charges are deducted

For deposits under $50 USDT:

An additional $1 USDT handling fee will apply

To avoid this fee, we recommend depositing at least $100 USDT per transaction

Virtual Card Issuance Policy

You can create virtual cards instantly using your wallet balance, with all associated Prepaid Virtual Card Fees calculated upfront. The card issuing process is available 24/7 and requires no paperwork.

Activation fee is not applicable toward card creation. you just have to pay a $5 fee for regular card types. CardUp Elite won’t charge anything extra.

Each time you issue a virtual card, a 5$ fee is applied to the transaction.

Refund and Reversal Policy

If more than 20% of your transactions are refunded after five successful uses, a penalty applies:
