Welcome to Card Up Now. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Card Up Now (“we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your access to and use of our services, platform, virtual cards, website, application, and APIs.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. By creating an account, funding it, issuing virtual cards, or accessing any part of the platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Card Up Now services.
Card Up Now is a virtual card platform offering instant access to Visa Card, MasterCard, and Card Up Elite without requiring Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. We allow users to create accounts using just an email address and password. Our platform provides access to secure, reloadable virtual cards that are usable globally for online payments, ad campaigns, subscriptions, and digital purchases.
Cards are issued instantly after funding. Funds can be added via cryptocurrency or other supported payment methods. We provide a user dashboard where you can view, manage, reload, cancel, and track your cards.
We do not offer physical banking services or act as a traditional financial institution. All services are digital and intended for lawful online use only.
To use Card Up Now, you must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to enter into binding contracts in your country of residence. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are required to create an account with a valid email address. We do not request or require identity documents, phone numbers, social security numbers, or passports. Your use of our no-KYC platform signifies your agreement to self-certify your eligibility under these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
We may suspend or terminate your access if we suspect abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.
We offer three virtual card products:
Cards are issued digitally and can be accessed through your user dashboard. Once issued, your card will display all necessary payment information, including the card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing info (if applicable).
You may create multiple cards based on your usage history and funding behavior. Each card is subject to individual issuance and maintenance policies.
Card Up Now is a no-KYC platform. We do not ask for name, phone number, government-issued ID, or bank account information. This allows for anonymous and privacy-friendly use of our services.
However, by using Card Up Now, you agree not to misuse this policy for illegal activity. Our no-KYC structure is designed to support privacy, not to enable fraud, abuse, or criminal activity. We reserve the right to suspend or block access to users engaged in high-risk or suspicious behavior.
We maintain anonymous logs and security flags to monitor compliance and protect the platform.
To use a virtual card, you must first fund your Card Up Now account. Funding methods include supported cryptocurrencies such as USDT (TRC20/ERC20), BTC, or other tokens, as well as region-specific payment methods that may be available from time to time.
All funding must be final and fully confirmed. Once funds are received and verified, your balance will reflect the updated amount in real time.

Card Up Now does not charge hidden fees. Any platform or transaction costs are shown before confirming your payment.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and only when the card is unused or an error occurs due to our system.
You agree to use our services only for lawful, authorized purposes. The following uses are strictly prohibited:

Your dashboard provides access to manage all aspects of your cards and account, including:
If you delete a card, any remaining balance may be returned to your main account (subject to refund policy). You are responsible for monitoring your usage and account security.
While we strive to offer uninterrupted access, Card Up Now does not guarantee 24/7 availability or that every transaction will be successful on third-party platforms. We do not control the approval process of merchants, gateways, or ad networks.
We may temporarily suspend services for updates, maintenance, or to address security risks. We are not responsible for losses related to downtime or rejected card transactions by third parties.
You accept that Card Up Now is not liable for damages or financial loss caused by service interruptions, merchant rejections, or platform limits beyond our control.
All content on Card Up Now’s platform, including design, software, logo, trademarks, and text. is the intellectual property of Card Up Now or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or repurpose any content without our prior written permission.
API access and documentation may only be used under approved licenses and within the limits of your account type.

We do not collect personal identity documents, phone numbers, or bank account information. Your data is stored securely and used only to operate and improve the platform. We do not sell or share your information with third parties unless legally required.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining balance may be refunded (if eligible) and your access will be revoked.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in high-risk behavior, or undermines platform stability. Termination may occur without prior notice in the case of fraud or abuse.
Card Up Now is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes lost profits, failed transactions, account lockouts, or card rejections.
Our liability, in all cases, is limited to the total amount you have paid in fees to Card Up Now within the 90 days prior to any claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Card Up Now and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages related to your misuse of our platform or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the effective date and notify users via email or dashboard alerts. Continued use of our services after the updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance.
If you do not agree to the changes, you may close your account.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Card Up Now is registered. In the event of any dispute, you agree to resolve the issue through binding arbitration or local courts, depending on the legal requirements of your country.
