This Refund & Delivery Policy applies to all purchases made on Card Up Now. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

Delivery Policy for Virtual Cards

  • Instant Delivery: All virtual cards are issued instantly once payment is confirmed and funds are available in your wallet.

  • Delivery Method: Virtual card details are provided securely through your account dashboard or via encrypted email notification.

  • Availability: Card issuance is available 24/7, except during scheduled maintenance or unexpected service outages.

  • No Physical Shipping: All products are digital; no physical items are sent.

  • Failed Delivery: If your card details are not received within 15 minutes after successful payment, contact contact@cardupnow.com immediately.

Virtual Card Refund Policy

We sell digital products that are non-returnable once delivered. Therefore, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below:

Non-Refundable Items:

  • The $100 one-time account activation fee.

  • Any virtual card once it has been issued.

  • Any transaction fees paid during deposits, withdrawals, or card creation.

Refundable in Limited Cases:

Refunds will only be issued if:

  1. The purchased card was not delivered due to a verified system error.

  2. The card was delivered but is inactive or unusable due to an issue on our side (not due to merchant refusal or incorrect usage).

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The card was used successfully.

  • The issue is caused by the merchant, your account setup, or incorrect card details entered.

  • You change your mind after purchase.

Refund & Reversal Overuse Penalty

To protect against abuse, if more than 20% of your transactions are refunded after 5 successful uses, a penalty will apply:

  • Fee: $0.50 per refund OR 2% of the total refunded amount (whichever is higher).

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact contact@cardupnow.com within 48 hours of the transaction.

  2. Provide your account email, transaction ID, and the reason for the refund request.

  3. Our support team will investigate within 3 business days.

Cryptocurrency Transactions

  • Refunds for crypto deposits will be returned in USDT or equivalent at the current exchange rate, minus any applicable blockchain network fees.

  • For deposits under $100 USDT, a $1 USDT handling fee applies.

Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method or wallet balance.

Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of a refund request, you may escalate the matter to our Dispute Resolution Team by emailing contact@cardupnow.com with the subject line “Refund Dispute”.

Note: This policy complies with international e-commerce laws for digital goods, including EU and UK consumer protection rules, while accounting for the instant nature of our services.
